21st Century After School Program
The 21st Century After School Program is state and federally funded and provided in Detroit Public Schools. This program serves children attending high-poverty and low performing schools. Students in grades 4 – 8 are helped to meet local and state standards in reading and math. Tutoring and enrichment activities and STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and math) based activities make the difference for many youth. Parent educational activities and family support services are also available.
