- A curriculum for teachers to build classroom lessons around skills and knowledge in career exploration at the high school level (adaptable to middle school).
- CARES
- Detroit Employment Solutions Corp. program providing classroom activities around work readiness and career awareness – grades 10-12, focused on Detroit High Schools.
- DAPCEP STEMM Squad
- workshops offered for classrooms, put on by volunteer professionals who work in science, technology, engineering, mathematics and medicine.
- Detroit Area Pre-College Engineering Program (DAPCEP) Explorers
- Internationally recognized curriculum for teachers to build classroom lessons around school and life readiness skills such as critical thinking, etc. Includes STEM.
- Detroit Economic Club: Career Readiness Academy
- six-month program that helps students effectively navigate their high school journey to find greater success in the workforce.
- G.R.A.C.E.
- Online modules for teachers for classroom activities around Geography Information Systems and Technology. Grades 8-12.
- Linked Learning in Detroit
- Classroom activities that can be built around 21st century themes such as digital media arts, engineering, green energy, health sciences and law/justice.
- MI Bright Future
- Provides a significant of number of resources focused on connecting students to real world experiences, including mentoring, job shadowing, career exploration, and much more.
- Project Lead the Way Michigan
- Eight, nine week units taught in middle school and 8 yearlong courses offered in High School around engineering and biomedical career paths.
- SAE World in Motion
- A teacher administered, industry volunteer assisted program that brings STEM to life in classrooms, grades K-8.
- Transportation and Civil Engineering Program (TRAC)
- Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) curriculum that can be provided by teachers in middle school/high school, centered around solving real world programs such as designing bridges, highway projects, etc. Science, math and social science focused.

- AweSTEM Summer Camp
- Focus Hope program open to metro Detroit area students grades 6-8 to attend one or two 3-hour courses around computer programming and graphic design.
- C-STEM Midwest Competition
- International STEM education program that offers curriculum which emphasizes hands-on, project-based learning, ultimately competing at a regional competition.
- Camp Henry
- Summer program at Henry Ford College for middle school and high school students with hands on learning experiences and exploration in STEM.
- DAPCEP Pathfinders
- Learning modules offered in science, technology, engineering and mathematics on university, corporate and community campuses – offered six consecutive Saturdays.
- DAPCEP Summer Camps
- Work in laboratories and classrooms in colleges, exploring STEM topics.
- FIRST Robotics
- Combining the excitement of sport with the rigors of science and technology, schools create teams to compete in robotics competitions.
- Future City Competition
- Middle school program where engineering mentors work with classes using SIM City software, culminating in a presentation judged by members of the Engineering Society of Detroit.

- Square One Education Network’s two-year competition where students demonstrate creative engineering, focusing on alternative energies in transportation.

- A select group of 10 schools will participate in competition in a first-of-its-kind connected vehicle lab school.
